LECTURE "Cracking a cholinergic code: what mouse behavior can tell us about cholinergic control of striatal microcircuits"

The key role of acetylcholine in control of striatal signaling has been known for decades. However, the precise nature of information that acetylcholine adds to striatal computation remains still elusive. In this lecture, we will discuss how we can explore this topic using genetically modified mouse models and behavioral tests.
