Integrative approaches of structural biology based on combination of different types of techniques enable efficient determination of how macromolecules work and how they interact with their binding partners. As an example of such approaches the current results concerning the 14-3-3 dependent regulation of phosducin and yeast neutral trehalase will be presented.
