Ivan Dittert, Ph.D.

Ivan Dittert was born 1953 in Prague. He received his Ing. degree from Czech Technical University in Prague in 1977 and Ph.D. in Mathematics and Physics in 1985. He worked as a research and technical assistant at the Department of Physics at the Czech Technical University and Institute for Agriculture in Prague. Dr. Ivan Dittert is skilled in electrophysiological methods, supports research in the Department of Cellular Neurophysiology directed to exploration of functional and pharmacological properties of ion channels. He developed a system for fast application of solutions used primarily together with patch clamp technique.
