Lecture "Measument of capillary networks and pancreatic islets"

We present original methods for 3D image analysis of capillary networks and results of measurement of length density and anisotropy of capillaries in skeletal muscles. We propose a method for pancreatic islets volume estimation from contours visualized by 2D reflected light microscopy.
