Lecture "Insulin in Control of Energy Expenditure"
On Monday, May 11, 2015, there was another lecture within the Bureš lecture series. The Institute of Physiology was visited by prof. Michael P. Czech, whose lecture "Insulin in the Control of Energy Expenditure" was a great success. Lecture established two other world scientists: prof. Silvia Corvera with the lecture "Adipose tissue angiogenesis and metabolic disease" and prof. Francesc Villarroya with the lecture "The secretory role of brown adipose tissue: towards the identification of new brown adipokines".
